Do you enjoy interacting with people, like to contribute your ideas, and want to learn how to turn an initial inquiry into a real project? Then this role is right for you — even if you're just starting out, studying, or want to gain your first practical experience.
At THE SPHERE, you'll guide clients from the hotel, restaurant, event, and private project industries from their initial concept to the perfect dome solution. You'll learn to understand their needs, prepare proposals, and provide personal, clear, and friendly advice.
Your tasks:Initial contact with prospective clients and support with consultation requests
Preparation of offers and project information
Providing support to customers from the initial consultation to the handover.
Maintaining contacts and following up on open inquiries
Support at trade fairs, presentations and on-site appointments
You bring the following:
Enjoyment of communication, consulting and sales
Reliability, initiative and an open manner
Interest in design, architecture, hospitality or special products
Good German skills; English is a plus
No years of experience needed — motivation and willingness to learn are what count.

This role is particularly suitable for students, recent graduates, or creative career changers who want to gain practical experience in marketing. You don't have to be perfect at everything—what's important is that you bring ideas, have a good sense of aesthetics, and are eager to actively contribute to content creation.
Your tasks:
Planning and creation of social media content
Support with Reels, Posts, Stories, image selection and text
Maintenance of small website content and blog/newsletter ideas
Co-organization of photo and video shoots
Observing trends and developing new content ideas
Evaluation and optimization of campaigns and posts
You bring the following:
A feel for design, visual language, and good content
Interest in social media, branding, travel, hospitality or lifestyle
Self-initiative, creativity and a joy of experimentation
Prior experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.
No formal marketing training required — your vision, your ideas, and your motivation are what count.
